BEIZ Terms & Consent

These Terms & Consent are an agreement between you and BEIZ LLC governing BEIZ websites, apps, directory features, accounts, marketplace features, BEIZ Tap, subscriptions, reviews, AI-assisted features, and related services. By creating an account or using BEIZ, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and keep your account current. You may not impersonate another person or business. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if higher, to purchase through the Marketplace or begin a paid subscription. People under 18 may use non-transactional features only when permitted by law and with any required parent or guardian involvement.

BEIZ may create directory listings from public or submitted business information. Claiming a business means you represent that you are authorized to manage it and that the information you submit is accurate.

You are responsible for reviews, comments, images, audio, video, links, profile content, and other material you submit. You grant BEIZ a non-exclusive license to host, reproduce, display, distribute, moderate, and promote that content as reasonably necessary to operate BEIZ. You may not submit unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, defamatory, infringing, deceptive, or malicious content.

Purchases through BEIZ are also governed by the Buyer Terms / Marketplace Purchase Policy and the Returns & Refunds Policy. Independent sellers remain responsible for their own listings, products, services, fulfillment, and displayed seller policies. For items sold by MyBeiz or BEIZ Direct, BEIZ LLC is the seller and may use third-party suppliers or fulfillment partners.

Some BEIZ features, including BEIZ Tap or other add-ons, may be offered by free trial or recurring subscription. Unless the purchase screen states otherwise, a subscription automatically renews at the disclosed interval until cancelled. Cancel before the renewal or trial-conversion date shown in your account or purchase flow to avoid the next charge. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not ordinarily create a partial-period refund, except where required by law or an applicable BEIZ refund policy. Pricing, trial length, renewal interval, and cancellation instructions shown at purchase are part of these terms.

Payments may be processed by Stripe or other disclosed payment providers. BEIZ does not require you to provide raw card credentials directly to BEIZ support. Third-party businesses, sellers, suppliers, payment providers, linked websites, and integrations may have their own terms and privacy practices.

You may not interfere with BEIZ, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious code, abuse automated access, commit fraud, evade marketplace fees, misuse another person's data, or use BEIZ for unlawful activity.

BEIZ may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features and may correct errors. We work to keep information and services available and accurate, but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that third-party information, availability, delivery estimates, or external services will always be complete or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BEIZ and its platform features are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. This disclaimer does not remove warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be disclaimed.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BEIZ LLC and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the platform. For a claim arising from a paid BEIZ transaction or subscription, BEIZ's aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid BEIZ for the transaction or service giving rise to the claim; for other claims, the cap is $100. These limits do not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify BEIZ LLC from third-party claims, losses, and reasonable costs caused by your unlawful use of BEIZ, your infringement of another person's rights, your fraudulent conduct, or content you submit in violation of these terms. This section does not require a consumer to indemnify BEIZ for BEIZ's own unlawful conduct.

BEIZ may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, payment-provider requirements, protection of users or businesses, or material violations of these terms. You may stop using BEIZ at any time.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where another law must apply. Before filing a lawsuit, you and BEIZ agree to try in good faith to resolve the dispute through support for at least 30 days when practical. To the extent permitted by law, unresolved disputes will be brought in a state or federal court with jurisdiction in North Carolina. Mandatory consumer venue or small-claims rights are not waived.

BEIZ respects intellectual-property rights. Copyright complaints, including notices intended under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, may be sent to support@mybeiz.net. Include identification of the copyrighted work, the material claimed to infringe, your contact information, a good-faith statement, an accuracy and authority statement, and a physical or electronic signature. BEIZ may request additional information required by law.

Use of BEIZ is subject to the Privacy Policy. You agree to service-related communications reasonably needed to verify your account, process orders, manage subscriptions, deliver requested features, provide security notices, or respond to support requests.

BEIZ may update these terms as the platform changes. The current version and update date will be posted here. When a material change requires a new affirmative acceptance, BEIZ may require it before continued use of the affected feature.
