BEIZ LLC uses personal information to operate the BEIZ ecosystem while limiting sharing to what is reasonably needed for the services you use. BEIZ does not sell personal information.
1. Information BEIZ collects
BEIZ collects information you provide or generate while using the service, including account and profile information, contact information, addresses, business information, marketplace orders, shipping information, support messages, reviews, media, Tap profile information, Tap lead-form submissions, event or booking information, subscription status, device/browser data, security logs, and usage or analytics data. Payment-card credentials are handled by payment processors rather than stored as raw card data by BEIZ.
2. How BEIZ uses information
BEIZ uses information to create and secure accounts, verify users and businesses, operate directory and marketplace features, process orders, calculate shipping, fulfill purchases, provide Tap and subscription services, deliver AI-assisted features, send transactional messages, prevent fraud, provide support, analyze service performance, and comply with legal or accounting obligations.
3. Marketplace suppliers and international fulfillment
When needed to fulfill an order, BEIZ may share the buyer's name, shipping address, phone number, email address, ordered product, variant, quantity, and related fulfillment information with the applicable seller, carrier, or supplier. BEIZ Direct may use CJdropshipping and related CJ fulfillment services. CJ is based in China, so order information may be processed outside the United States when CJ is involved in sourcing or fulfillment.
4. Payment processing
BEIZ uses Stripe for payment processing, connected seller onboarding, fraud and payment operations, refunds, and related transaction functions. Stripe receives the information needed to provide those services and applies its own privacy practices.
5. Email and communications
BEIZ may use SendGrid and other communications providers to deliver verification emails, receipts, order notices, booking notices, support communications, security messages, and other transactional email.
6. AI features
BEIZ may provide concierge or organizer features powered in part by OpenAI. Information you submit to an AI-powered feature may be transmitted to OpenAI as a service provider to generate the requested response or perform the requested function. Avoid entering information that is unnecessary for the task, especially highly sensitive personal information.
7. BEIZ Tap and lead forms
A visitor to a public BEIZ Tap page may submit contact details or a message even if the visitor does not have a BEIZ account. BEIZ processes that information to deliver the lead to the Tap profile owner, operate the lead inbox and analytics, prevent abuse, and provide support. The Tap owner may receive the information the visitor chose to submit.
8. Cookies, local storage, and analytics
BEIZ uses cookies, browser storage, and similar technologies for authentication, security, shopping-cart continuity, preferences, feature operation, and measurement. BEIZ may use analytics or hosting telemetry to understand page performance, errors, traffic, and product usage. Browser controls may limit some storage, but disabling required storage can break sign-in or other features.
9. When BEIZ shares information
BEIZ does not sell personal information. BEIZ may share information with service providers and partners only as reasonably needed to operate the service, process payments, fulfill orders, deliver communications, host or secure systems, provide AI features, perform analytics, comply with law, protect users, or investigate fraud. Independent marketplace sellers receive buyer information only as reasonably necessary for legitimate order fulfillment, customer service, returns, or legal compliance.
10. Data retention
BEIZ retains information for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected and for legitimate operational, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, tax, contractual, backup, and legal needs. Some transaction, acceptance, payment, seller, dispute, fulfillment, and audit records may be kept after an account is closed when reasonably necessary or required.
11. Access, correction, deletion, and copies
You can update certain profile information in BEIZ. You may request a copy, correction, or deletion of personal information by contacting BEIZ Support. BEIZ will verify requests as reasonably necessary and may retain information that must be kept for security, fraud prevention, transactions, legal claims, accounting, tax, or other lawful obligations.
12. Children
BEIZ is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Marketplace purchases and paid subscriptions require the buyer or subscriber to be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where they live if higher.
13. Security
BEIZ uses technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No online system can guarantee absolute security. Protect your password, use available account-security features, and contact support promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
14. Changes to this policy
BEIZ may update this Privacy Policy as the platform, providers, or legal requirements change. The current version and update date will be posted on this page.
