You Are Here Exhibition

Join the African American Cultural Center to experience ariana Farquharson's You Are Here: Geolocating the Self through the Familiar in the Midst of the Unfamiliar. The exhibition is a speculative, immersive world-building study that invites guests to explore (geo)locating self and home amid a rapidly and frequently changing post-pandemic “new” world. It will be on display in the art gallery at the African American Cultural Center from Oct. 28, 2026, to Feb. 28, 2027. A behind-the-scenes look at the exhibition is set for Nov. 11.
